Cooking Beef Roast On The BBQ Recipe

Ingredients:

1 3-5lb beef roast
1 pkg onion soup mix(powder form)
1 small pkg fresh mushrooms
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

Pre heat grill/bbq to around 260 degrees F. Place a double layer of aluminum foil on the grill(large enough to wrap around beef roast). Sprinkle the onion soup mix on top of the beef roast and then sprinkle the garlic powder. Place the sliced mushrooms over top of the roast.

Place the roast on the grill and cook for about 2-3 hours, turning occasionally (depending on roast thickness). Try to maintain temperature around 260 degrees as this will keep the roast tender.

Once the roast appears to be done check internal temperature with a meat thermometer, which should read around 150 degrees.
